Greetings, fellow travelers! Change is in the air, and here at CARZANIA, we have to announce an update that’s all about making your journey through the KLIA Terminal 1 & 2 smoother.

KLIA Terminal 1 - Pick-up Procedure 

Once you’ve booked a vehicle with CARZANIA and selected KLIA Terminal 1 for pick-up, head directly to ARRIVAL DOOR 8, and our dedicated PIC will arrive there. You’ll easily spot our PIC near the arrival door. Rest assured, our PIC will be waiting to ensure your journey is as seamless as possible.

KLIA Terminal 1 - Return Procedure 

Just drive to Departure Door 3 & 4 to return your rental cars. Our PIC will be waiting for you to meet and do the inspection before you leave the car. Please check all your belongings before leave.

KLIA Terminal 2 - Pick-up Procedure 

Once you’ve booked a vehicle with CARZANIA and selected KLIA Terminal 2 for pick-up, head directly to Car Park Block B - Level CP6, and our dedicated PIC will arrive there. You’ll easily spot our PIC near the arrival door. Rest assured, our PIC will be waiting to ensure your journey is as seamless as possible.
